Program description

Players born 2005-2010 wishing to be placed on a team, which will participate in the Cascadia League are encouraged to register for this program.

Typically, teams from the Fall Season will stay together and move into the Cascadia League with the same group of players. However, some players from fall may not participate due to other sporting interests or may be wishing to take a break.

 

In this instance, a number of events could take place including, fall teams may merge, individual players may request a change of team via the Internal Player Transfer Application Form or we may receive New Player Applications who are interested to join the ASA at this time.

 

All player movement and new applicants will be evaluated within the respective team training environment before placement is confirmed.

 

Midweek Training Schedule – Various locations

U11 – U12  5:30pm – 6:45pm   

U13 – U15  6:45pm – 8:00pm     

U16 – U18  8:00pm – 9:15pm

 

*Boys – Mon/Wed

*Girls – Tues/Thurs

*Note: Alternate training schedules are sometimes required based on coach availability.

 

Game Day Schedule – All Home Games at Matsqui Recreation Complex (MRC)

Boys – Saturday       Girls – Sunday

Uniform & Equipment

Uniforms are NOT included with Divisional registration.

All new players will be required to order a full uniform (Jersey, Shorts & Socks) using the following ASA UNIFORM ORDER FORM

Please check with team coach when ordering Jersey # to avoid duplication.

Returning players are welcome to order new/replacement items if they so choose. If replacing a Jersey, returning players must order the same jersey # as previously issued (unless otherwise arranged with team coach).

All players, for all age groups, must have their own soccer cleats, shin pads. A comfortable jacket/outer wear is recommended for cold/wet weather. Each player should also have a water bottle available during sessions.
