‘SAFE KICKS’
Welcome to “Safe Kicks,” a dynamic initiative brought to you by the Abbotsford Soccer Association (ASA) in collaboration with the Abbotsford Police Department (Abby PD) Pathways program. This exciting project is designed to promote physical activity, sportsmanship, and community unity among Elementary & Middle school students while raising awareness about important anti-crime and anti-gang efforts in our neighborhoods.
What is “Safe Kicks”?
“Safe Kicks” is a community school soccer program where ASA coaches and Abby PD officers join forces to deliver engaging soccer clinics alongside valuable life skills workshops. This program aims to not only enhance soccer skills but also to foster positive relationships between law enforcement and our community’s youth.
Program Highlights:
Weekly Soccer Clinics: Expert coaches will lead exciting soccer sessions, focusing on skill development and teamwork.
Community Service Projects: Encouraging responsibility, participants will engage in community service activities to give back and strengthen community bonds.
