Skill Centre is a Canada Soccer recommended development model for players within the U8-U12 age groups. The Skill Centre focus is on individual player development. Players attending the Skill Centre will benefit from a lead coaching staff of experienced, licensed coaches who provide a variety of training and game experiences. Skill Centre staff include, Dan Davidson, Technical Lead, Fundamental Phase Boys U8-U10 and TBA, Technical Lead, Fundamental Phase Girls U8-U10.

Within the U8-U10 age groups, various groupings can occur, at the discretion of the coaching staff, which will allow for all facets of development (Tech/Tac/Psycho-social) to flourish.

Boys & Girls – Mon & Wed   5:30pm – 6:45pm    MRC #4

 

In-Club Game Day’s U8-U10 (2013-2015)

Boys: Sat   9:00am – 10:15am   MRC #4

Girls:  Sun 1:00pm – 2:15pm    MRC#2

 

Festivals U8-U10 (2013-2015)

In addition to the in-club game days, we will also be working with other regional clubs who are aligned with Skill Centre philosophy, to explore monthly Festival programming – details TBC and shared by Lead Coach, Dan Davidson. 

 

Uniform & Equipment

Uniforms are NOT included with Skill Centre registration.

All new players to the Skill Centre program in the U8-U10 (2013-2015) age groups, will be required to order a full uniform (Jersey, Shorts & Socks) using the following ASA UNIFORM ORDER FORM

Returning players are welcome to order new/replacement items.

All players must have their own soccer cleats, shin pads for every session. A comfortable jacket/outer wear is recommended for cold/wet weather. Each player should also have a water bottle available during sessions.
