Skill Centre is a Canada Soccer recommended development model for players within the U8-U13 age groups.

The Skill Centre Team Program focus is on individual player development, within a travel team environment. Players attending the Spring Skill Centre Team Program will benefit from Technical Lead oversight and a coaching staff of experienced, licensed coaches who provide a variety of training and game experiences.

Within the U11-U13 age groups, teams are formed which participate within the Cascadia League.

Training will be arranged to allow for combined sessions between teams of a similar standing and/or age group. Player movement between teams is a possibility throughout the season, based on individual player progress and/or development needs. This process is overseen by club staff coaches and in consultation with the appointed team head coach and family involved.
