SKILL CENTRE TRAINING PROGRAM GIRLS

Skill Centre is a Canada Soccer recommended development model for grassroots players. The purpose of the Skill Centre Training program is for U8 – U10 players to develop skills and habits needed for successful participation in Skill Centre divisional teams in the future.

GIRLS U8-U10 (2016–2018 Born Players)

Uniform & Equipment:

All players will be provided with a club jersey, shorts & socks.
All players must have their own soccer cleats & shin pads. A comfortable jacket/outerwear is recommended for cold/wet weather.

Each player should also have a water bottle available during sessions.

Registration:

Early Registration Fee $600 (June 1 – June 18th)
Regular Fee $630 (June 19th -August 22)
Late Fee $700 (August 22 onwards)

In addition to the in-club game days, we will also be working with our FV Alliance partner clubs to explore monthly Festival programming – details TBC.

Skill Centre is a Canada Soccer recommended development model for grassroots players in the U8-U13 age groups.The purpose of the skill centre is to develop skills and habits needed for successful participation in Skill Centre divisional teams in the future. 

Within the U8-U10 age groups, various groupings can occur, at the discretion of the coaching staff, which will allow for all facets of development (Tech/Tac/Psycho-social) to flourish.

Player movement between groups/teams is a possibility throughout the season, based on individual player progress and development needs. This process is overseen by club’s technical lead staff coaches, and in consultation with the appointed team head coach and family involved.

Players attending the Skill Centre Training Program will benefit from a vastly experienced and nationally accredited lead coaching staff who provide a variety of training and game experiences.
