EXCEL GOALKEEPER ACADEMY
The guiding principles of the Excel Goalkeeper Academy incorporates both the technical and tactical elements of the goalkeeper position.
The main goal of this academy is to create a well-rounded goalkeeper that has the strength, fitness, confidence and technique required to be a goalkeeper at their own individual level.
Boys & Girls U11-U18 (2009 – 2016)

Registration:
- Early fee (May 1-June 1): $195
- Regular Fee (June 2- Aug 1): $200
- Late Fee (Aug 2 – Sept): $250

Program description

Key areas of focus are:
- Breakaway saves
- High balls and tipping
- Distribution from hands and feet
- Positioning
- Diving
- Communication
Utilizing a mixture of individual, partner and group exercises to work on the above skills as well as coordination, fitness and strength.
The main goal of this academy is to create a well-rounded goalkeeper that has the strength, fitness, confidence and technique required to be a goalkeeper at their own individual level.
