Technical Lead, Grassroots and Community Programming attracts, retains, and promotes the player and coaching base within ASA. The Technical Lead, Grassroots and Community Programming leads the process to develop, monitor, evaluate and measure the success of all Player & Coach Development activities specifically within the U4 – U10 age groups.
