The Female Development attracts, retains, and promotes the player and coaching base specifically to girls and female programming. The Manager will lead the process to develop, monitor, evaluate and measure the success of all Player & Coach Development activities with an emphasis on the Grassroots and Foundation phase U11 age groups.
