Each session will be divided up into two parts;
- Arrival activity (15-20Mins)
- Game (30-40Mins)
All sessions will be designed to make the game fun, while learning new skills that include individual physical literacy development (with & without the ball) along with some cooperative activities and team play.
Uniform & Equipment
Uniforms are NOT included with registration.

All players must have their own soccer cleats, shin pads and black shorts (preferred). A comfortable jacket/outer wear is recommended for cold/wet weather. Each player should also have a water bottle available during sessions.
