Program Description
The goal of the Excel Player Academy is to assist individual competitive players to enhance their performance across the four ‘pillars’ of development:
Physical Technical Tactical Psycho-Social
This exciting program brings together the previous separate programs of the Prospects & HIT Academies. By combining the focus areas of technical/tactical (previously part of the Prospects Academy) and the Physical development (previously part of the HIT Academy), we are able to ‘fine tune’ each individual players training and provide specific guidance with respect to developmental opportunities. The Excel Player Academy is delivered by highly experienced coaches from ASA, who possess Provincial and National Certification. The program curriculum is designed to support the individual player’s social/emotional development while delivering meticulous technical instruction.
This supplementary training program is ideal for the aspiring player,
who may possess ambition for future considerations of higher levels of competition.
**Players are required to purchase and wear the ‘Excel Academy’ apparel – Sweatshirt & T. Shirt ($50), not included in the registration cost.
