The ASA Walking Soccer program is ideal for those with mobility constraints or are unable to enjoy the game in its traditional format. Those who have been life-long lovers and/or participants of the sport now have the ability to continue playing the game with one caveat – No Running!

Aimed at people aged 50+, this program is open to parents and grandparents of the ASA membership and the wider community of the Fraser Valley region.  Whether you are a former player, a conscientious supporter or brand new to the game, walking soccer offers a low impact way to exercise, participation in a team sport and to build camaraderie & friendships all in a fun and relaxed environment.

Register for this once-a-week games program, which will be held on Sunday afternoons in the Spring season (May-Jun).

  • We will offer 1.5 hour sessions that involve gentle exercise and warm-up routines followed by small-sided games (5v5-7v7).
  • The program is led by ASA staff coaches
