Abbotsford Soccer Association

The Abbotsford Soccer Association is hosting this year's U14, U16, and U18 Provincial Championships for Girls and Boys Youth teams from around the province. The winners from this tournament will be representing B.C. in their respective National Finals in Calgary this October.

The first games kick off at 10:30 AM Thursday morning with games running all day. The Opening Ceremonies will take place at 12:30 PM on the newly restored Bateman West.

This tournament features two teams from Abbotsford, the U16 Girls Mariners and the U16 Boys Mariners, both 2007 Coastal

Cup Champions.

It's going to be a beautiful weekend at Bateman Park. Come on down and watch a match or two at one of the most scenic soccer parks in B.C. The concession stand will be open, souvenirs are available and the soccer will be second to none.

The U15 Boys Mariners team is also involved in Provincial Cup play this weekend. Their tournament takes place in Richmond.
