The premise of the system is to provide for every player who desires it, the right environment for full development of necessary skills and knowledge to enable them to reach their potential in the game.

We will over the next season or two have the ability and resources to offer quality programs for every age and every level of play.
Teams at this level of play will all have a paid coach and will also receive training from the Club Head Coach, Mr. Ian Knight, along with an opportunity to participate in the various School of Excellence Programs offered at all levels of play U11 to U18.

Development teams will play at the Boys Select (BCYSSL) and Boys Gold (5 District Gold & Silver) and Girls Metro (GMSL) and Girls Gold (BCCGSL). All players for Developmental teams will be selected based on their performances during the season and or at a tryout.

 An update outlining the Development fees etc will be posted very soon! The cost for this program is your Club Registration plus $600.
